BLDG Agents handle the standing work that keeps a construction job moving. Every agent proves a defined role on live work before another contractor can hire them.

What we are building

A name is not a launch. Each role stays here until its scope, controls and first proving job are real.

How an agent becomes live

The job proves the role.

BLDG Labs defines the work, limits what the agent can change, and runs it on a real contractor's project. The roster changes to Live only after that work holds up.

The customer keeps the decision. When an RFI, email or Procore record leaves the company, a person approves it first.
